GamePC's standard system warranty covers one year on parts and labor, and includes lifetime technical support. Our extended warranty coverage can extend this coverage to an extra two to three years, depending on which warranty coverage is ordered.

Should any part of the system fail within the first thirty days of receiving the system, GamePC will provide advanced replacement services (provided the replacement item is in stock), which allows us to send you a replacement component without receiving the original (failed) component. However, the failed component must be returned to GamePC within ten days, or the full price for the replacement part will be charged. GamePC will cover all shipping costs involved in advanced replacement.

If a component fails after the initial thirty days of receiving the item or system, the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance fees for sending the item back to GamePC for repair or replacement. If the component which is being sent back is in stock, replacements typically take one to two business days. However, if the component is not in stock, the component may have to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If the component must go back to the manufacturer, we cannot be held responsible for additional time it takes for them to process your replacement.

If a system fails after the initial thirty days of receiving the system, GamePC will try to help you diagnose potential issues via the web or phone. If a solution cannot be found, the system must be shipped back to our location for repairs at the cost of the customer. After the repairs are complete, GamePC will pay for shipping back to the customer via UPS Ground. GamePC also offers priority warranties, which cover free pickups of systems and next-day shipping back to you in the case of a system needing repair work.

Neither the standard nor extended warranties cover physical damage or abuse to the system and/or components. Additionally, GamePC cannot warranty components damaged by power surges and/or environmental damage (Flood, lightning, hurricanes, etc.)

GamePC also cannot be held responsible for software-based issues. If a piece of software or a rogue driver is installed by the customer (not by GamePC), which happens to cause the system to malfunction and require repairs, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to and from GamePC's facility.

Processors, memory, and motherboard products cannot be returned for any reason, only replaced. Other components are returnable within twenty days if they have not been opened, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. GamePC custom systems are never returnable, unless it has been deemed that they have been damaged by a shipping courier.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for shipping both to and from GamePC's facility in the case of a defective component and/or system. GamePC's standard advanced replacement policy does not apply for international orders, meaning we must receive the original defective component before issuing a replacement component.
