Mozilla Software Suite
GamePC bundles the latest versions of Mozilla's award-winning Firefox browser and Thunderbird email clients with all of our systems. Mozilla technology is faster and more secure compared to Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
High Quality Case Cooling
Ensures proper airflow throughout your chassis in order to keep vital system components within operating temperatures and protects against component failure. Our cooling systems walk the fine line between cooling performance and minimal noise levels.
Optimized Cabling For Maximum Airflow
Our expert build technicians route system data and power cables in order to receive the maximum amount of airflow throughout your chassis.
Latest Drivers and System Benchmarks
We test and verify system performance with the use of many industry-standard benchmarks, which are available for viewing by the user through GamePC's online system build progress interface.
Burn-In Process (Stress Testing)
Burn-In periods ensure all the components in your system are working to their full potential and will not fail over time. Our stress testing ensures your system will work perfectly right out of the box. If your custom system passes the 72 hour burn-in test, you can be assured that your system can handle the most stressful of applications.
Online Build Progress Status Checking
Through our online interface, you have the ability to track how your custom system build tracking is progressing. On a day-by-day basis, your website will notify you of how far your system build is progressing. Our website also has an integrated auto-tracking notification to email you once your system has shipped from our offices.
Personal Online Tech Support Interface
Our technical support interface allows you personal attention with a GamePC system builder to help diagnose your system issues. Technical support tickets are monitored 24 hours a day, and responses usually come within minutes of trouble tickets being placed. If there's a problem with your system, we'll do everything we can to help you solve it quickly and without a lot of run around.
Standard One Year Parts / Labor Warranty
Our standard warranty on all GamePC one-year parts and labor covers any component of your GamePC which causes problems or system failures. GamePC also offers extended warranties up to three years if you would like added protection over time.
Frequently Asked System Questions

Are GamePC Systems Customizable?
Absolutely! In fact, every GamePC system is custom-built from scratch by our system building technicians. No two GamePC machines are the same. We do not sell pre-built boxed PC’s, and we do not build PCs before they are ordered. Every system is custom-built to your exact specification once your order is finalized. Only by building our systems 100% customized to your needs can we ensure that you get exactly the components you want, and nothing that you do not need.

Any one of our pre-configured GamePC guide systems can be configured specifically to your liking by hitting the "Customize" button. Or, if you'd like to configure your own system from scratch, you can go directly to our Custom Rig Configurator.

How long does it take for GamePC to build a custom system?
Our official build time to finish a custom system varies upon the type of system we're building. GamePC's trained staff of system builders and local distribution channels allow us to have the fastest custom system build times in the business. Here are our estimated current build times.

CPU Kit / Barebones3-4 Business Days
Gaming Systems / Portables5-7 Business Days
Workstations / Servers7-10 Business Days
Notebooks5-10 Business Days

Depending on our technician load, many GamePC systems can be finished much sooner than the stated above times. For an accurate build-time status, please contact sales@gamepc.com with your specified configuration, and we'll respond with our current build time estimates.

Can I get help configuring a system to my specific needs?
Of course! GamePC has sales staff online and available during business hours (M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM PST) that will help you configure a GamePC that's perfect for your individual needs. Directly from our Custom Rig Generator page, you can send your personalized configuration to our technicians to verify system compatibility and to let you know of anything in the configuration that can be added or taken out to make your system perform better at a lesser price.

If you only have a basic idea of what kind of system you would like (i.e., I would like an AMD Opteron system for video editing, or I would like an Intel Pentium 4 system for gaming), that's perfectly fine as well. Simply send off an email to sales@gamepc.com with what you want to use the system for, and your proposed budget, and our technicians will build a system configuration to meet your budget and give you the maximum functionality and performance available.

Can I send in my own hardware for GamePC to install?
We realize that we can't carry every component on the market, and in order to make your perfect PC, you may need to have a third-party component installed in your new GamePC. GamePC offers a service called the GamePC Third-Party Component Installation Service, which for a small fee, will have our technicians install your third party component into your new system. We will test to ensure the component is working before your system install is completed.
