To place an order add the desired items to your basket and fill out the necessary information needed to complete the order including payment method and shipping method. If there is any problem with the parts that you have chosen or the information that you have provided a sales representative will contact you to resolve the issue. Order processing commences upon receipt of payment. There is a 5% processing fee for all cancelled orders.Payment Methods
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, and wire transfer. There will be a 5% discount for wire transfer orders. Customers paying with wire transfer will receive a 5% discount from our prices. Bank Transfer is the most efficient and secure to pay cash, it usually takes 1 days for US transaction and 3-5 days for international transactions. Please provide us with a email copy of your order such as the exact system specifications or product description and wire transfer information.Delivery
Our normal processing time is 7 - 10 business days after receipt of payment for systems and 24-72 hours for parts. If any particular item is out of stock, we will be responsible for informing the customer about the status and placing the item on back order or arranging an alternate item.Price Protection Policy
Computer component prices change all the time. GamePC updates prices on a day-to-day basis. Some of the most expensive items, due to our proximity to major suppliers, we do not keep in stock. This allows us to provide over-all excellent current pricing as well as relatively quick production of what are often complex custom built systems. When an order is placed, generally we procure all of the components and start assembly within one to two days. This freezes the price on those components for that system. Therefore, GamePC does not offer price protection in order to keep overhead to a minimum and continue to offer the best overall initial prices.Business to Business Terms
In order to qualify for Net terms, the following requirements must be met. - Must be a college / university, government institution or business.
- If a public business, must be traded for 3 years or more.
- If a private business, must have an annual revenue of over 500 million.
Orders placed under Net terms must be made via hard copy by fax with letterhead or email. |
