Our business is Internet only. We can offer very competitive prices and great support because we do not have the added expenses and overhead of print advertising and magazine reviews. We strive to keep everything running as smoothly as possible while maintaining the level of care necessary for each computer system. The assembly time includes a 72 hour "burn-in" period where we test the latest games on your system to insure there are no compatibility problems. If there is a delay for any reason, then we will immediately inform you and let you know of all available options. Most companies take 2-4 weeks to turn out a system from the time an order is placed. We provide a drive image recovery CD with systems that can provide a way to quickly recover a system in case of complications. We also compile personalized benchmarks that are included with each system so you can see exactly how fast yours performs. Not only do we sell complete computers, you can buy just components with the same confidence that we offer for our complete systems including our great lifetime technical service and support, an important and necessary policy.

We do not believe in advertising that we have new items before they are in stock. A lot of companies take advantage of their 2-4 week build time and say that they have a new video card (for example) long before it even arrives in hopes that it comes in time to quickly install and ship with a system. We do not do this for at least three reasons. Our integrity is very important to us.
