Why doesn't GamePC offer direct phone access?
Here at GamePC, we want you to be in contact with a qualified system builder who can help answer your questions quickly and precisely. We don't have a call center which will shift you from person to person, rather, each member of our sales team is qualified to answer your most complex system questions. Thus, in order to maximize our staff, we only offer sales callback services at this time for new customers. We will do our best to get in contact with you as soon as possible, as we know your time is important.
